Muse in Ford

3 things I adore - Red Lipstick, Arizona Muse, & Tom Ford - I can kill 2 birds with 1 stone since all of the makeup (including that killer red) is Tom Ford's new line... yess!

ps. this makes me want to chop off all my hair again. sigh.

Spotlight: ADR

Anna Dello Russo must have SO much fun getting dressed each morning - particularly during Fashion Week.

I can't say that I see myself wearing these ensembles, but I'm inspired by the whimsy of the looks and carefree vibe that she exudes.

These images of Lara Stone in the November issue of Vogue Paris make. me. happy.

Pure & simple.  Proof that you can be ladylike and sexy at the same time.

Makeup Inspiration: Natasha Poly

Can't wait to try this great cat eye featured on Natasha Poly in Vogue Spain (Nov 2011).

She looks so beautiful with those platinum locks, the heavy eye, and tough jacket.

Winter DREAM

I am a nut when it comes to weather.  Most people get giddy about the summer heat and time spent at the beach, but I spend those months looking forward to the brisk temperatures and changing leaves of Fall.  As soon as Fall arrives, I start looking forward to Winter.  It really doesn't make much sense (especially since I live in LA - the city of no seasons).  When it rains here, I get a hot cup of coffee and Starbucks at sit outside under an umbrella.  I told you, I'm a nut.

This editorial for the US Harper's Bazaar (November 2011) shot by Terry Richardson makes me SO excited for winter/Christmas/the holidays/family/so many more things... ah yes and Fall/Winter fashion.

Duh.

Feeling Wu-zy

Please excuse the extremely cheesy title, but I'm having a major Jason Wu moment.  In my opinion, his show each season is one of the most consistently interesting and simultaneously wearable collections... something that I'm sure is more difficult than he makes it appear.

Starting out with some beautiful behind-the-scenes shots via Vogue.com...

And ending with the show-stopping pieces that closed the runway via Style.com.

...wow.
